This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of N4E ("we," "us," "our") and applies to all orders placed through our website.

1. Shipping Information

1.1 Pre-Order Status

All current items in the N4E collection are being produced to order. Shipping for all pre-orders is expected to begin in June 2024, with a 12-week fulfillment window. This means orders may be fulfilled anytime between June and August 2024.

1.2 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (United States)


Standard: 3-5 business days after shipping

Express: 2-3 business days after shipping


International Shipping


Standard: 7-14 business days after shipping

Express: 5-7 business days after shipping


Please note: All timeframes begin after your order ships within our 12-week fulfillment window (June-August 2024), not from the date of purchase.

1.3 Shipping Costs

United States


Orders under $350: $15 for standard shipping, $25 for express

Orders over $350: Free standard shipping, $15 for express


International


Standard: $35

Express: $55


2. Order Processing

2.1 Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not confirm that your order has been accepted or shipped.

2.2 Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this notification.

2.3 Address Verification

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Address changes can be accommodated until May 15th, 2024 by contacting hello@n4e.xyz with your order number. After this date, we cannot guarantee address changes as production enters final stages.

3. International Shipping

3.1 Customs & Import Duties

International customers may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

3.2 Delivery Times

International delivery times may vary depending on the efficiency of your country's customs and postal service. N4E is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

4. Shipping Complications

4.1 Delays & Force Majeure

While we are committed to our 12-week fulfillment window (June-August 2024), unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We will communicate any significant changes to the expected shipping timeline via email. N4E is not responsible for shipping delays due to customs, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.2 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

4.3 Lost or Damaged Packages


Domestic: Claims must be filed within 7 days of the expected delivery date

International: Claims must be filed within 14 days of the expected delivery date

Please contact hello@n4e.xyz with your order number and supporting documentation (photos of damaged items if applicable) to initiate a claim.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Tracking Updates

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information once it has been provided. N4E cannot be held responsible for packages that show as delivered but may have been stolen or misplaced after delivery.

5.2 Order Communications

Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid email address on file to receive order and shipping updates. N4E is not responsible for communication failures due to invalid contact information.

6. Policy Changes

N4E reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
